Negative: Sometimes the interface is cumbersome. Other than that, we have had no problems or issues with Looker; it has provided us with what we needed.

Negative: Overall it's packed with features, but subscription plans are high.

Negative: The initial setup & configuration requires strong technical expertise & an MNC like us needed a lot of time in defining & maintaining a robust data model.

Summary: Overall it's hard to use the tool to share out on our company digital displays. There is no easy way to export or view some of the information we'd like to display.
