Negative: The transition is a lot with documents and all but worth it. The software was very helpful and did not manifest any flaws.

Positive: The software is great and it has really streamlined the tenant screening process for us. For a small company like ours, this is really important as we’d normally just do it ourselves.

Negative: It has a lot of features that my small business doesn’t need, but maybe if we grow it could be useful.

Positive: Door Loop is a great approach for property managers. It's easy to set up and use. The customer service is great - special thank you to Daniel for helping me. Doorloop has helped me to track and manage all of the maintenance requests coming in. I can take control of the process and keep track of when work is completed.

Negative: Doesn’t have all the integrations I’d like just yet. I spoke to the customer reps about this and they took the time to see what integrations I’d like to see and told me they will ask their development team and let me know. Great service.

Summary: I would highly recommend Doorloop to anyone looking for a web-based building management system. We have had a great experience working and using Doorloop.

Positive: Doorloop has been a breath of fresh air for us. It was so easy to set up and use. The customer service is top notch - quick responses, helpful attitude, and they even called me on the phone to explain a few things that I did not understand in the online help docs!

Negative: Nothing! We love the DoorLoop team and software. It work as usual and doesn't develop technical problems.

Summary: A great software comparable to the larger players that haven’t done anything in years. Great for my work.

Positive: We were using another software for a year and a half before switching to DoorLoop. The other software was SO complicated and they kept raising their prices, so we made the switch to DoorLoop – and I’m so glad we did.

Negative: Can’t find anything wrong with it yet, and hoping I won’t.

Summary: I was getting frustrated and even considered paying someone to develop my own software, but then I found Doorloop. It's like they read my mind! It has everything I need including the ability for me to add more features as my business grows.

Positive: We have a small property business with about 15 different residential buildings that we manage, so I was searching for an online scheduling system that would allow me to customize it to my needs and wouldn’t break the bank.

Negative: I just wish I found it sooner! Would have saved me a great deal of time.

Positive: DoorLoop has been a wonderful solution to our door-to-door marketing needs. We used to use Word and Excel to track our sign ups, but DoorLoop helped us organize all of the data in one place.

Negative: No cons, everything’s been amazing from day one to date.

Summary: We had to make a decision fast, so we decided on Doorloop because it was affordable and had all of the features we needed.

Positive: We previously tried a different software that was boring and hard to navigate. We started looking for alternatives and found Doorloop. We've been using it for a few months now and it’s been a real delight. We had to switch because our previous software didn't have the features we needed.

Negative: Has a lot of more features than our last software, so it did take us a good while to learn and get used to. Though I should mention, the team was very helpful and supportive through the process.
