Rent Manager is a fully integrated property management, accounting, CRM, marketing, reporting, and facility-maintenance software suite that enables users to manage all types of properties.

Summary: Great software overall with lots of features that any property manager would greatly appreciate! Though it is a bit outdated on the UI side, it still functions better than the majority of their competition.
Positive: Great software with a great support staff! The features are fantastic such as owner statements, paying bills and creating tenant profiles with payment portal links.
Negative: Some accessibility issues that the software can greatly work on such as font sizes and overall dated look.

Summary: Overall I absolutely love this software and I know I'm not even using it to its fullest capabilities. They keep updating and upgrading to ensure that they're changing with the times. Even with those changes, the basic items don't change, they're just making it better and offering more!
Positive: Super easy to use and navigate. They offer online tutorials and even guided tutorials. They have awesome integration applications. Customer Service has been AWESOME! I've used them for almost 15 years. WAY better than Yardi!
Negative: I do wish they would have more inventory tracking options.

Summary: I enjoy the tech support. They answer smiling and are up spirited through the call. Every time my need is met.

Summary: I am a huge fan of Rent Manager both as a user and administrator. Highly recommend Rent Manager for both single-family and multifamily property needs.
Positive: Their customer service is unparalleled, I have called in multiple times with different questions and issues. They have handled every single communication with professionalism and promptness. It is easy to navigate and to learn quickly.
Negative: Building reports out can be timely and costly; however, it is beneficial to have exactly what you need in reports.

Summary: If you don't attend the user conference you are doing yourself a disservice!
I am not a huge fan of Express but I am using it part of the time and trying to learn the differences. I am sure it will work out.Positive: The automation and integration provided by Rent Manager is excellent. Its how we can manage in excess of 500 doors with 3 people. I would recommend it to anyone.
Negative: Nothing. Any issue brought to them is resolved quickly.

Summary: From starting with no system to a great system like this, it is really is easy to see how much help it will be from now and into the future. There are many great features to use and can contact all or individual tenants as needed. It was an easy process to get set-up from start to finish and they are with you every step of the way. Even small questions were answered quickly but also explained so you have a better understanding of how the system works overall. Would recommend this if you are looking at a property management system.
Positive: Easy to implement if you have your data in an excel file. Great service and experienced help to get started. Once you are started and run into issues use the help guide, its got great information that is really useful. Such a useful system to track tenants and rent payments.
Negative: Had a few issues getting the payment side of things figured out, but do not worry they help you out and find a solution. Once the script had been built with their help of course, the rest of the implementation set-up went along smoothly with no more issues at all

Summary: I haven't had any issues that couldn't be solved by reaching out to support. Also having the Rent Manager University as a learning tool was great.
Positive: The absolute shining stars with Rent Manager are the support staff. There are a lot of configurations associated with the software so being able to get on the phone with knowledgeable support has been a life saver as well as the help button.
Negative: It took some getting used to but now that I am, there's so much I can do within it.

Summary: I love Rent Manager. We use a different software for some of our other companies. I wish we could migrate to only using Rent Manager.
Positive: Rent Manager makes my job easy. It keeps track of all the customers and vendors. Reports are easy to generate and I can make changes immediately.
Negative: I do not like sharing a seat with my coworkers. I have to logoff sometimes and allow the other person to use it.

Summary: Rent Manager is very user friendly and will warn you if the system thinks you are making a mistake.
We have now integrated our applications through rent manager and everything has been smooth sailing.
Customer support is always friendly and helpful as well.Positive: I love that Rent Manager is easy to use and if you are having a hard time finding something, you can always use the command launch option. Rent Manager also makes it easy to track rents and contact tenants.
Negative: At this time i cannot think of anything I do not like. If i find something, i can usually contact customer support and they will show me how to do.

Positive: The way that I can specifically tailor the software for my needs. I can customize my desktop and customize all of my reports.
Negative: The interface is dated, and I have had some issues with figuring out how the data is connected to each other. For example, when I change a date or feature on one thing it's hard to see what will change.
