    Summary: They worked with us to find the prefect solution to our procurement process. Positive experience overall

    Positive: They were very patient with me at every request. Also it was pretty easy to use once they helped me set it up. I like the reporting and the product has lead to savings on our end.

    Negative: Getting started was initially a struggle, but their support helped me through some of our specific issues
