    Summary: I have been able to scale my company with this platform by being able to hire trained personnel in different areas that I have required. Hiring performance is useful in order to measure whether you are getting good staff or something is wrong when choosing potential candidates. I liked that this platform focuses only on recruitment to measure what weaknesses my company may be having and thus be able to apply the best corrections in order to have better trained employees with the best quality and professionalism.

    It is very difficult to manage the talent of the candidates manually, but this platform gives me all the tools and provides me with some excellent metrics to measure the performance of each person. In addition, with Greenhouse I have been able to assign roles more easily when it comes to managing all the company's personnel, doing everything with a couple of clicks I can now raise or lower someone's position and thus have the best work team organized in the which makes it possible to determine in which area they perform the most in order to be relocated or not and for the candidates to be hired or not.

    I recommend having a good HR team with a great recruiting capacity that can take the reins of this platform as I consider Greenhause to be an extensive platform. Since this platform passes candidates through multiple stages, which can be tracked and also with the help of the metrics that yield the results, it can be determined whether someone is qualified or not. Last but not least, you can also manage good communication within this platform with the candidates, this was the best for me because I was able to have a more fluid conversation than doing it by email.

    Positive: + I cannot deny that despite the fact that its panel is extensive with many features and tools that allow me to manage candidates for available jobs within my company, it is easy to navigate. It is visually comfortable to see everything without getting lost, although this is simple, it does not mean that it is easy to use its full potential, however, with good learning plus easy navigation within this platform allows it to be a good work tool for recruiting staff. The panel also has shortcuts that can be customized to more easily locate the tool with which you work the most.

    + Everything is structured by steps, in addition these stages can be customized for practical use by each company in terms of what they are looking for from a candidate and what requirements each person needs when applying for an available job. This allows, for example, only to include LinkedIn profiles and if qualified, you can go to the next stage, which could be an interview that allows the candidate to qualify or not for the position. This and much more can be added at each stage, it will depend on each employer or company.

    + Your technical support is very complete, I have had problems implementing Greenhouse within my company due to its extensive nature. However, the first thing I did was contact the help of this platform and all my doubts were resolved, I liked the response time and I was contacted by all means, both email, live chat and phone calls. Regardless of the plan, I got a quick and accurate response that helped me with several problems I had when it came to fully integrating this platform into my company.

    + It is very useful to be able to leave notes for the team member in case I notice a flaw in a certain candidate or see a potential that allows me to acquire professionals within my company. In general, I use this tool a lot for my hiring team when I am not convinced by a candidate and at the same time when I like certain candidates because of their career path.

    Negative: - I don't understand why an interview invitation cannot be sent through the calendar, this is important as a potential candidate may miss out on the interview and email invitations may fall into the spam folder , making this a waste of time. If it could be integrated with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, it would be nice since it would be easier to notify someone about an interview, thus avoiding calling the person or sending emails, doing everything automatically when you have several possible applicants for an interview. position or several jobs

    - The visualization of the reports is very incomplete, this being one of the disadvantages since it shows very little and is not very customizable. So for me it would be ideal to be able to add more features to the reports to have a better visualization of the performance that is obtained by recruiting certain people and to know their abilities and qualities in the performance of a specific area. Also, I did not like the visual representation of the pipelines, I would like it to have more detail when showing the different candidates available for recruitment. I don't like that this is a limitation to be able to see which candidates are available and which ones I can reject or hire.

    - Reminders are very easy to miss, sorry about the fact that they show up at the bottom of the screen instead of at the top of the screen. This has happened to me several times so I have to go to the notifications panel to see that I haven't missed anything when it comes to reminders. Usually when the notifications appear I don't notice them cause I'm mostly looking at the top of the screen making the notifications go unnoticed by being "hidden" so to speak in a sense.

    - I would like you to send notifications more often and automatically by stage to all recruits who are within this platform. It would be more practical than calling at each stage passed. For me this is important as it helps the candidate to be more attentive to their qualification process and not forget when they are advancing in each stage or when they are simply not suitable to work within my company. I would like this so that candidates do not lose interest when they want to apply for a job within my company.

I could even compare it as if it were a LinkedIn profile, having everything in detail regarding previous jobs, skills, courses, studies and more.

    º With this platform I can leave a complete form so that people who want to apply for any job that my company offers is as simple as possible, without going through paperwork processes or applicants going to the offices. Everything can be done virtually, including the interview, since they are done by video calls.

    º It is very easy to navigate through this platform due to its simplicity, in addition to the fact that I do not require multiple screens to be able to manage the resumes of the applicants, but rather everything is in one place in an orderly manner, so I can say that with one At a glance I can already see the qualities of each applicant without even assigning them a date for the interview, but for obvious reasons we give each of them the opportunity to see who has the best performance and development

This would provide confidence by having more trained personnel for the use of this platform and thus avoiding setbacks when implementing Greenhouse in any company.

    º Both the prospects and the generation of the report are so poor that it seems that it has a lack of information, or at least it seems that way. I would like this to have more personalization or information in order to have a better analysis of the recruitment results and be more precise when choosing the best professionals that my company believes are qualified to meet all the goals that are proposed to the new and next employee hired.

    º I would like to be able to have a more complete view as if it were a calendar of the next candidates to appear for the interview. In addition, that you can not only notify by mail to confirm the interviews, but also indicate the next interviews as if a calendar were disturbed. I say this because I personally did that in my notebook and it looked more comfortable and complete, so I wish Greenhaouse would implement that digitally.

    Summary: I have been using this platform for two months now and overall have really enjoyed it. The onboarding experience was incredible and we had a very helpful team from Greenhouse that helped us the whole way through.

    Positive: The platform has many options to make work more automated. One of my favorite things about Greenhouse is the emails that we can schedule to send out. I enjoy not having to keep going in and out of a requisition, but instead time everything to be sent out when needed.

    Negative: If you have multiple questions you want to add into a scorecard there is no way of making it look "pretty". So, it instead looks like a big paragraph full of questions. I would love to see a way to make it look more reader friendly so it is quick and easy for an interviewer to look at and find a question to ask.

    Summary: The greenhouse is the best ATS tool I have used so far within my recruiting career because of how efficient it is. we can transfer the candidates easily to other locations. We use Greenhouse to shortlist candidates from different sources according to our requirements.

    Positive: My favorite feature of this software is how easy to use it is. From a coordinator and hiring manager's perspective, we tried several scheduling software systems and none compared to Greenhouse. We are able to schedule interviews more efficiently and effectively using Greenhouse.
    Candidates' data and resumes are easily accessed and stored in the main platform.

    Negative: Reports could be run more easily if there was an easier method.
    There is no easy way to get the information that you're looking for using the current set-up. This would be my top choice for change.
    If you click on the overview of rejected candidates, instead of having to click on each individual candidate to find out the status of the rejection, you would be able to see what stage you rejected them at.
