All ONLYOFFICE products (Docs, DocSpace and Workspace) offer open-source community editions distributed under the AGPL v.3 license for free.

ONLYOFFICE Docs is available as a cloud-based version and a self-hosted Enterprise edition. The cost of the commercial version starts from $1,500 for 50 connections. ONLYOFFICE Docs SaaS offers a Business tariff plan ($8 per user/month) and a VIP tariff plan upon request.

A lifetime license of the self-hosted version of ONLYOFFICE DocSpace costs $6,550 for 100 connections (one year of support and updates included).
