Summary: I really like using QJumpers as an ATS. It does what I need it to do, is easy to use and the team provide great support.

Summary: QJs is a good system. It covers our needs at present. As indicated above, looking for more reports - latest request was for me to establish how long a time frame from when an applicant is green flagged to a phone interview. As there is always the doubt that HR take too long, but I am finding we can turn over the this process in 12 - 24 hours average, I just need the proof.
Positive: Having the ability to managing applicants, and to see the success when we have hired someone even with a short number of applicants applying.
Negative: Senior leaders are looking for more in depth reports.
