    A fairly reliable way to manage the amount of resources for your employees to return to the office.

    Summary: I am happy with the general functionality that having this platform has represented within our company, mainly in our projects area. As manager of the projects sector, the fact that our employees are working day after day is completely essential, making our project successfully, this platform has been optimal to allow our employees to return to their office efficiently, with all the necessary work material and with optimal comfort to develop all projects in less time. I am happy with the work guarantee that this platform has provided me, for two years we have been using this platform constantly, so that little by little our employees return to our offices and can work more efficiently, thanks to this platform we can have a much more optimal control of the preparation of our employees, since during the time they worked inside their home or outside the office they have lost some tools and some skills necessary to develop an optimal job in the furniture sector, this platform has been optimal for honing our employees' skills and knowing if they're ready to return to work. We will continue to use this platform for much longer until all of our employees can return to their respective offices.

    Positive: Zoho BackToWork is currently one of the best ways to perfect the work area and make all employees feel comfortable, the work area and offices is something that worries us a lot today, because a large part of our employees have been working from home or away from the office due to the problem that has occurred with COVID-19, this platform has been effective in perfecting our office and getting our employees to come to an environment in which they feel comfortable, occupying every one of its needs and ensuring that our employees have access to a series of benefits while working in their office. The things that I liked the most are:

    1.- This platform allows us to have a detailed administration and record of the materials that are inside the office and the materials that are missing in each office, this means that if, for example, a disinfectant is missing, some material for daily use inside the office, we can have everything registered within the platform, we can register the amount of materials for daily use that are in the office, and in this way have an exact control and know with that attitude if our employees have all the necessary materials to develop a proper office job, with all the comforts.

    2.- Another thing that I love about this platform is that it offers me a much closer monitoring of all my employees, I can know exactly if our employees are ready to return to the office. this platform that allows us to create different questionnaires to obtain specific answers and know exactly if our employees are prepared to return to work in the office, we can carry out a fairly extensive questionnaire to ask them about some things and with the results to see if they are fit to work .

    3.- The monitoring of the employees is carried out individually, therefore, this platform is quite important for our work area, we can know how Tito is doing if a specific employee is ready to work or if he is not yet, thanks to the large number of details provided by this platform when carrying out various questionnaires to find out if the employee is prepared.

    4.- When a large number of employees need to return to the office area, this platform is totally beneficial, because it allows us to carry out guidelines, meetings and interactions within the same platform, where we can interact, share ideas and various solutions to adapt to our work area, within these guidelines that are made within the application, I can customize some instructions to follow so that employees can personalize their work area, this section also helps employees to Communicate with each other, share responsibilities and much more.

    5.- Another of the things that I love about this platform is that it is based on the cloud, so accessing it is quite simple and can be done from any device, you know from your mobile device or your computer. Thanks to the fact that this software works in the cloud, you can be away from your office and at the same time manage the necessary materials and the guidelines required for your work team to return to their office, everything can be done from your cell phone, it is quite simple manage your work team for the return to the office.

    Negative: I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this platform, we started using it about two years ago, and the results have been don't leave because this platform has been completely important in getting our employees back to their office of work, as I mentioned before, we started implementing this platform when we had problems with COVID-19, a large part of our employees had to work outside the office to achieve I want another company to continue, so this platform helped us a lot to that our employees could gradually return to their offices. I have never presented any type of failure, all the information that is stored within this platform has remained safe at all times, in addition, all the materials, the registration of the needs of our employees, the registration of the progress of the arrival at the office and many other things have always remained safe.

How this platform has allowed me to collect accurate information on the status of each of my employees' offices. Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it allows you to eliminate duplicate or repetitive materials, in addition, it has an artificial intelligence system and which ones escape unnecessary materials for a comfortable user experience within each office, this will help you to reduce the costs and general expenses that you have within each office. Other things that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to carry out all kinds of questionnaires and ask general questions to various employees to be able to know exactly if they are prepared to return to the workplace, this platform is capable of allowing me to have a qualification optimal skills that still remain in each employee comas allows me to create personalized questionnaires for each employee and thus question their abilities to function in the workplace.
