    Summary: The general experience we have had with this platform for organizing events has been positive mainly because in this company day after day we need to manage events, it is very important for us to keep a specific count of the number of participants for each event, and previously it was quite complicated to manage all the events manually, We discovered the existence of this great platform and we really do not regret having purchased it with one of its paid plans, because we have obtained an excellent return on investment for our company and it has helped us to make sales in a concrete way within our sector. As manager of the sales sector, I have been able to plan events with clients, to convince them to negotiate with us, which means that this platform has been key to developing more sales in our company in general. I do not regret using it, weekly we make a count of the number of events planned in the various areas, from the main panel I can see the number of events organized.

    Positive: Zoho Backstage is currently one of the best ways to have a correct organization in the events that you are going to schedule in the future, thus offering a fairly reliable platform for organizers and for participants of each event, both platforms work normally and help to develop a quite complete event. The things I liked the most about this platform are:

    - One of the main positive features is that it has a large limit for the number of organizers or collaborators for each event, it has different plans in which there is an exact limit of collaborators and administrators for each event. I love this feature because I can enter up to more than 10 organizers for each of the events that I am developing, in this way each of them will help me manage it correctly and distribute all the information among the participants within the event.

    - Another thing that I like is that this platform offers me the ability to create unlimited events, it does not matter if I have to organize more than 50 events during a month, this platform will not place any type of limit on me, because Its main feature is that it has unlimited events.

    - You can enter up to more than 5000 participants for each event, it is an important feature because on other platforms that I have used you can only enter up to approximately 1000 participants, on this platform we have a fairly high limit which helps all our clients can attend all our events without any problem.

    - Sending the corresponding invitations to each participant is another positive thing, because this platform helps us create a site where we can insert a payment processor so that customers can buy their ticket to attend the event, after make this payment, the ticket to enter the event is sent automatically to the email provided. This function is very important because we do not have to send the invitations manually, this entire process is carried out by the same platform.

    - There is no type of commission regarding the purchase of tickets within the website that you have previously studied, after creating the website and you have inserted the payment processor, all customers will be able to make the purchase through this means, without any additional fees on your cards.

    Negative: At no time have I had any problems with this platform, I currently use several Zoho services Within the company, so this platform is correctly synchronized and linked with the other services of this platform, helping the information to be transmitted and managed more easily. It is impressive how I can create a reservation page thanks to this platform, that reservation page helps to facilitate the purchase process of each one of the tickets, each client will be able to buy the number of tickets stay online, to attend each one of our separate events.
