Stole my money Date: Jan 22 2023
Summary: Don't do it! they will charge you monthly and there is no where to cancel. Really deceiving business practices. Poor customer service.
Positive: I was happy with it last year so I went and subscribe for another year. Nothing else good Ii can think of.
Negative: I paid for one year and they had a tech service 24/7 free. They charged me $20 for it and when I talked to Eunice she said she would cancel it. I never got my $20 refund and the next month they charged me another $20. I tried to find a way to cancel my subscription and no way to be found. I tried to email and no response. I tried to call and would not connect. They can have my $40 but they are now blocked from my PayPal and my email and I uninstalled the software. I will never do business with them ever again.
