Summary: Birdeye provides an easy way for small businesses to monitor their online presence & collect customer feedback. It does have some decent basic features, But teams wanting more sophisticated capabilities will require expanding to enterprise grade solutions.
Positive: It helps in consolidating online reviews, surveys, & customer data in one dashboard. It also provides useful insights into customer sentiment & operational gaps.
Negative: Feedback volume depends on customer activation & response rates. Features are very limited for advanced management needs.

Summary: Very Happy with services, support from team, and the easiness to use. Not only to mention the app for your cell phone is amazing. The best is the app allows your patients to contact you afterhours in case of emergency.
Positive: The fact that we get the reviews in almost real time is great, and I love how they are posted to our website and review platforms.

Summary: I have had a great experience with Birdeye and all of its staff. Birdeye makes overall customer review aggregation very easy!
Positive: Birdeye makes collecting and managing reviews very easy for our business. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and being able to link all of our socials into one location is very nice.
Negative: I wish engaging with customers would be a little bit more intuitive.

Summary: Our Digital Marketing Director would have to log in to all the different social media/review outlets to respond to customers directly. This would mean it was all on him. With Birdeye, we can create users with varying permissions (customer service team/storefront associates) to increase the response time to reviews/direct feedback/inquiries. This, in turn, also boosted our review stats!
Positive: Having a brick & mortar store, plus a website means potential customers will base their decision to visit a location or a website based on other customers' experiences. Birdeye allows us to thank those who leave positive reviews as well as see areas where we could improve. Being able to see reviews and direct feedback all in one place means we can respond to our customers quicker and more efficiently. Features like "Reports" lets us see which platforms (Google, Facebook, etc) we have the strongest following and where we could amp up marketing. All in all, Birdeye was our "missing puzzle piece"
Negative: We have been using Birdeye for almost a year now; I haven't run into anything that would deter me from recommending them to another business. The only thing (not even a huge deal) is we are not able to fully utilize the "campaign" feature as we are in the firearms industry; it's a no-no for Birdeye.

Summary: Once all set up Birdeye is great and works better than anything we've used in the past. Liked that it included updating all my NAP listings.
Positive: We've used other review request platforms before and never got much traction. Since using Birdeye we get a few a week.
Negative: Onboarding process is too long. Too many separate "necessary" onboarding appointments required to get going. Time is money.

Summary: Overall we are very happy with the product. We have recommended to others organizations over the last several months.
Positive: Creating campaigns, setting up automatic requests for reviews, tracking reviews, receiving feedback and replying to feedback all in one place!
Negative: It would be helpful to have more options when setting up direct import from ServiceTitan (i.e. invoice amount, technician's names).

Summary: Overall, Birdeye’s customer service and support have been outstanding. They do not drop the ball and work hard to get all products working seamlessly.
Positive: We were Podium customers previous to Birdeye and were frustrated with Podium’s slow support and endless changes in Customer Service reps. Birdeye has been alway attentive and quick to support technical hitches. They also are thorough with onboarding and training. They also offer templates and auto-replies for reviews which save time.
Negative: The webchat feature can only be connected to one account, which is an issue when billing separates accounts of the same partner group.

Summary: Been great so far. No complaints. Very successful getting reviews. Easy to use platform makes some and replying to reviews easy.
Positive: I had another review service for 3 years and got about 50 reviews. With Birdeye I've gotten over 15 5-star reviews in just two weeks.
Negative: Nothing so far. Honestly everything had been great.

Summary: This has been a game changer for my business. We are getting 1-3 new reviews a day. We paid for Yelp for years and we have never had this many new reviews.
Positive: The new reviews we are getting. The text and email notifications our patients are getting are awesome.
Negative: Not sure yet. We are learning something new each week.
