    Live saver for the Road Warriors

    Summary: We have been using the product for about 5 years, I haven't found any other program that is as easy to use.

    Positive: This product saves me so much time. When I get a call from one of the reps or other works that are remote, I just open a session with them and I can see what they are doing. Cuts my call down from 30 min to troubleshoot to about 5 min.

    Negative: We have so many that have dual screens, it can be a issue sometimes. There is also a lag time with some connections but I believe that is the wifi on the users end.

    Positive: Easy for customers to use in one-time support connections. Great for unlimited number of unattended access connections. Tech support is great. Great value.

    Negative: Wish they could connect to Apple computers, as they currently only support PC's.

    Summary: I have used this product for almost 8 years and have been thoroughly pleased with the support, the pricing and the excellent performance of this application.

    Positive: The remote support application from Techinline.com is an exceptionally efficient and cost effective solution for supporting Windows computers with a cost of only $300.00 per technician. Installation of the technician ("expert") application is quick and easy. Installation of the "client" application does not require administrative privileges for the user. Connecting to a client is fast with clear video and responsive controls. The application supports multiple monitors, permits the expert to reboot and reconnect to a client system with one button, and has many other features.

    Negative: I would like this application to support Chrome OS, Mac OS, and Linux clients.

    Great remote software for a great price

    Summary: For Windows 10 Administration remotely this product does very well without blanking out the screen for you because of Windows protective measures.

    Positive: Easy to use software that isn't very large. It takes a few minutes to get connected without any complicated install.

    Negative: I haven't really found any cons yet. If I did have one it would only be that the category of PCs set by auto connection gets lost once in a while.

    Summary: Worth the money. I love the branding feature. I can direct my customers to a landing page where they download a branded version of this support app.

    Positive: It has unattended access, File Transfer, and a chat feature. Very affordable alternative to others.

    Negative: Wish it had Mac support, or would at least run from an iPad. Sometimes I hate carrying a laptop all the time.

    Summary: Best bang for the buck.
    Gives us insight into our customers pc with no intervention from them as long as they have an internet connection.

    Positive: Works like a champ with a small footprint on the client.
    Enables us to support our customers with little effort or knowledge by our customer for remote administration.

    Great Product (Moved Over From TeamViewer)

    Summary: Love the software. Overall has made my life a lot easier. I'm the IT person for an apartment management company and we have a lot of people who are not very computer savvy. This product has allowed me the ability to access all the computers throughout our organization to help employees navigate their systems, address software issues, and even train employees on our processes (have to call them for this of course).

    Positive: I moved over to FixMe.it from TeamViewer and couldn't be happier. Same bells and whistles but with a much lower price tag. Software runs smoothly and doesn't take up a ton of computer resources to run either.

    Best part for me was there's no hidden contract terms. Everything is very straightforward when making your purchase.

    Negative: Menu/ tools could be a little more user-friendly. A feature to communicate to the user with the speakers and microphone would be nice.

    Summary: I have been using this product for years. The pricing of the product is well worth the value of the tool. It's easy to connect and use.

    Positive: This program is easy to use for end users (the person who you are trying to connect to). I worked with many users who claim to be "computer dummies" and I always get connected to their PCs. I also use this tool to connect to several servers in my office. It works so well and is always reliable. You have the ability to see multiple monitors or see just one.

    Negative: It would be nice if a connection code could be entered on a webpage instead of needing to download a client program on the target PC, but the download is very small.

    Cheap & reliable remote support app

    Summary: I've had no issues with FixMe thus far. I am able to fix my clients' issues from anywhere at any time.

    Positive: Cheap and stable unlike many other remote support apps that I've used. Price - affordable for a small business. Fast connection, multiple sessions can be open at the same time. Revokable unattended access.

    Negative: The only thing I dislike is that it's not available on Mac. I'm forced to use other software to support my Mac clients.

    Summary: If I could give FixMe.IT a million stars I would. I love this program and all that it offers. I have recommended it to other IT people - they love it too!

    Positive: I love FixMe.IT. It has literally saved me in several ways. The first is that I can work from my desk and my office without ever leaving. Secondly, it has saved me time and money by allowing me to work on customers computers, see what they are seeing and work on issues they are having. Third, it saves customers time and money by getting their issued fixed quickly and easily (most of the time). This has to be one of the greatest inventions of all time.

    A great tool for keeping things running

    Summary: Overall, this software has paid for itself time and time again. It doesn't matter where in the world I am working, I have the ability to connect with my team and keep things moving.
