The application allow for employee visibility into accrued PTO and sick time, records all pay stubs and tax documents, and allows for seamless communication between HR and employees. Negative: No cons, however, I find the application to be more user-friendly for employees than the website.

They promised ease of use and sold me on making payroll easier and more timely for me. Unfortunately, after the initial sales call, everything was a million times harder and took me 10 times as long as with my previous payroll and charged me way more with so much stress involved. Customer service was horrendous and sometimes passively aggressive and offensive. They were also very ‘high and mighty’ attitude and there is so much ‘red tape’ you can’t get anywhere with anyone. So difficult to find anything and use. Getting setup was a monumental task. Even canceling services was difficult and time consuming. Despite my best efforts, there was not a single payroll during that time that went smoothly in any capacity. I really can’t say enough about how awful my experience was.

Positive: The ONLY thing I liked were the promises made at the sales call that were not fulfilled. I can’t think of any other pros at all.
